• Keeping profile information accurate and up to date.

Employers agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and hiring requirements.
• Avoid discriminatory hiring practices.
• Comply with all employment and labour laws.

HireNXT reserves the right to remove misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate job postings.

Recruiters agree to:

• Submit genuine candidate profiles.
• Maintain professional communication with employers and candidates.
• Refrain from submitting duplicate, misleading, or unauthorised candidate information.
• Follow platform policies regarding candidate ownership and placement tracking.

Violation of recruiter policies may result in account suspension or removal.

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
• Upload only truthful resumes and supporting documents.
• Participate in assessments honestly and independently.
• Avoid impersonation or fraudulent activity.

Any misrepresentation may result in profile removal.

HireNXT uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to provide:

• Candidate-job matching
• Resume analysis
• Skill assessments
• Candidate screening
• Recruitment recommendations

These recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. HireNXT does not guarantee hiring outcomes, interview selection, employment offers, or candidate performance.

Final hiring decisions remain the responsibility of employers and recruiters.

Candidates and recruiters using assessment tools acknowledge that:

• Assessment results are generated using automated evaluation systems
• Results may be used for recruitment and screening purposes.
• HireNXT does not guarantee that assessment scores reflect actual job performance.
• Attempts to manipulate, bypass, or misuse assessments may result in account restrictions.

Where applicable:

• Recruiter commissions may be tracked through HireNXT.
• Commission eligibility is determined by successful candidate placement and employer confirmation.
• HireNXT reserves the right to investigate disputed placements
• Fraudulent placement claims may result in permanent account suspension.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload, including resumes, job descriptions, and company information.
By uploading content, users grant HireNXT a non-exclusive license to store, process, display, and use such content for platform operations and recruitment services.

Users may not:

• Upload false or misleading information.
• Impersonate individuals or organisations.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or extract platform data without authorisation.
• Circumvent security measures.
• Use the platform for unlawful activities.

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

All platform content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, workflows, AI models, and proprietary technologies are owned by HireNXT or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Use of HireNXT is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Users acknowledge that recruitment-related information may be processed to provide platform services, job matching, assessments, and hiring workflows.

HireNXT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:

• Platform availability without interruption.
